We generally carry out three steps on quality control.
Before Production Quality Control
BPQC:Check the specification and the production techniques to ensure that every production procedure will lead to the proper quality.
During Production Quality Control
DPQC:According to production procedure,DPQC are carried out to ensure production can meet the designated technical requirements.Do necessary tests during the production. Break point will be carried out in Smelting,Foring,Heat Treatment and Machining procedure.
After Production Quality Control
APQC:After the production of products,Fuhong will carry out quality inspection for final products.Testing results for each testing will be recorded to ensure that all products meet customer requirements.

RAW MATERIAL CONTROL
Our strict incoming quality testing control ensures you the highest quality raw materials. All raw materials are fully traceable ,and meet the material standards.
FORGING CONTROL
Governed by our quality control system, every forging step is strictly controlled to ensure a high level of quality on our forged products.
NDT CONTROL
Our on-site NDT control utilize Ultrasonic testing,Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant methods to guarantee our products meet the quality standards.
INGOT CASTING CONTROL
We have rich experience in ingot casting production,and strict process control on the casting speed,steel temperature, casting time,alloy addition,and others.
HEAT TREAT CONTROL
We offer various types of standard heat treatment to achieve different hardness and mechanical performance.
PRODUCT TRACEABILITY
Unique ID would go through the whole production processing from last step to the next step with ID transferred onto the product,it can be traced back to the beginning.
