Dureza ap\u00f3s recozimento 269Brinell, m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>A\u00e7o R\u00e1pido AISI M42<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>AL\u00cdVIO DO STRESS<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Recomenda-se aliviar o estresse ap\u00f3s a usinagem e antes do endurecimento para minimizar a possibilidade de distor\u00e7\u00e3o. Aque\u00e7a em uma atmosfera neutra \u00e0 temperatura de 600 a 650 \u00b0 C e deixe de molho por aproximadamente duas horas, seguido de resfriamento lento no forno.AISI O a\u00e7o r\u00e1pido M42 pode ser acabado antes do tratamento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>A\u00e7o R\u00e1pido AISI M42<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>ENDURECIMENTO<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a o a\u00e7o r\u00e1pido AISI M42 de maneira uniforme a 780-840 \u00b0 C, transfira para o forno de endurecimento (banho de sal ou forno de atmosfera controlada recomendado) operando a 1170-1200 \u00b0 C, dependendo do grau de endurecimento necess\u00e1rio para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, e o tamanho da ferramenta. \u00c9 importante que a temperatura seja controlada com precis\u00e3o para evitar superaquecimento. Ap\u00f3s uma breve pausa na temperatura de endurecimento, resfrie o componente sem mais imers\u00e3o em sal a 540-595 \u00b0 C ou \u00f3leo quente. Se o sal for temperado, permita que o componente se iguale na temperatura do banho e, em seguida, complete a t\u00eampera ao ar livre.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>A\u00e7o R\u00e1pido AISI M42<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>TEMPERAMENTO<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A t\u00eampera deve ser realizada imediatamente ap\u00f3s a t\u00eampera.
