Aquecer em atmosfera neutra \u00e0 temperatura de 600 a 650 \u00b0 C, e deixar de molho por aproximadamente duas horas, seguido de resfriamento lento no forno.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.3265 \/ S18-1-2-10 A\u00e7o R\u00e1pido<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Endurecimento<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a o a\u00e7o ferramenta T5 lentamente at\u00e9 a temperatura de 820-870 \u00b0 C, depois aque\u00e7a uniformemente at\u00e9 a Temperatura de austenitiza\u00e7\u00e3o, para banho de sal 1277 \u00b0 C, para forno de atmosfera controlada 1288 \u00b0 C, seguido por banho de sal ou t\u00eampera t\u00e9rmica ou banho quente aprox. 550 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.3265 \/ S18-1-2-10 A\u00e7o R\u00e1pido<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Temperamento<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A t\u00eampera deve ser realizada imediatamente ap\u00f3s a t\u00eampera.
