chauffer lentement et uniform\u00e9ment \u00e0 860-900 \u00b0 C avec une vitesse ne d\u00e9passant pas 220 \u00b0 C par heure, ensuite chauffer plus rapidement \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de forgeage de 1050-1150 \u00b0 C. un chauffage est n\u00e9cessaire lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 900 \u00b0 C. Refroidissement lent dans le four apr\u00e8s forgeage.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Recuit de l&#039;acier T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le recuit doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le travail \u00e0 chaud et avant le durcissement Chauffer la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 820 \u00e0 850 \u00b0 C avec une vitesse ne d\u00e9passant pas 220 \u00b0 C par heure Refroidissement lent contr\u00f4l\u00e9 en four de 10 \u00e0 20 \u00b0 C par heure \u00e0 environ 550 \u00b0 C, suivi d&#039;un refroidissement \u00e0 l&#039;air calme. Duret\u00e9 apr\u00e8s recuit 265 Brinell, maximum.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Soulagement des contraintes en acier T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de d\u00e9compresser apr\u00e8s l&#039;usinage et avant le durcissement pour minimiser les risques de distorsion.Chauffer en atmosph\u00e8re neutre \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de 600 \u00e0 650 \u00b0 C, et laisser tremper pendant environ deux heures, suivi d&#039;un refroidissement lent dans le four.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Durcissement de l&#039;acier T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer lentement l&#039;acier AISI T4 \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de 820-870 \u00b0 C, puis chauffer T4 uniform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature 1260-1290<sup>o<\/sup>C, suivi d&#039;une trempe \u00e0 l&#039;huile, \u00e0 l&#039;air ou \u00e0 un bain chaud \u00e0 550<sup>o<\/sup>C.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Trempe de l&#039;acier T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le revenu doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la trempe.
