Refroidissement lent dans le four apr\u00e8s forgeage.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Recuit de l&#039;acier T1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le recuit doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le travail \u00e0 chaud et avant le durcissement Chauffer la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 850 \u00e0 900 \u00b0 C avec une vitesse ne d\u00e9passant pas 220 \u00b0 C par heure Refroidissement lent contr\u00f4l\u00e9 en four de 10 \u00e0 20 \u00b0 C par heure \u00e0 environ 700 \u00b0 C, suivi d&#039;un refroidissement \u00e0 l&#039;air calme. Duret\u00e9 apr\u00e8s recuit 270 Brinell, maximum.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Soulagement des contraintes en acier T1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de d\u00e9compresser apr\u00e8s l&#039;usinage et avant le durcissement pour minimiser les risques de distorsion.Chauffer en atmosph\u00e8re neutre \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de 600 \u00e0 700 \u00b0 C, et laisser tremper pendant environ deux heures, suivi d&#039;un refroidissement lent dans le four.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Durcissement de l&#039;acier T1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer en deux \u00e9tapes \u00e0 450-500 \u00b0 C et 850-900 \u00b0 C, puis aust\u00e9nitiser \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de travail choisie Durcissement sous atmosph\u00e8re protectrice, pour four 1270-1300 \u00b0 C, pour bain de sel 1250-1280 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Trempe de l&#039;acier T1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le revenu doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la trempe. Chauffer lentement et uniform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de revenu, bien faire tremper au moins 2 heures (une heure par 25 mm d&#039;\u00e9paisseur totale) .Un double revenu est recommand\u00e9.
