rapidement \u00e0 900-1040 \u00b0 C. Le r\u00e9chauffage est n\u00e9cessaire lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 900 \u00b0 C. Chauffer \u00e0 une vitesse ne d\u00e9passant pas 220 \u00b0 C par heure jusqu&#039;\u00e0 870-900 \u00b0 C, et maintenir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature pendant 1 heure par pouce (25,4 mm) d&#039;\u00e9paisseur maximale; 2 heures minimum. Ensuite, refroidissez lentement avec le four \u00e0 une vitesse ne d\u00e9passant pas 20 \u00b0 C par heure jusqu&#039;\u00e0 530 \u00b0 C. Continuez \u00e0 refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante dans le four ou \u00e0 l&#039;air. La duret\u00e9 r\u00e9sultante doit \u00eatre au maximum de 255 HBW.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acier \u00e0 outils AISI D2<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Soulager la douleur\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s l&#039;usinage grossier, l&#039;acier AISI D2 doit \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 600-650 \u00b0 C, temps de maintien 2 heures.
