Plus la temp\u00e9rature de fin de forgeage est basse, plus la taille du grain est fine. Tenez le temps appropri\u00e9 pour que l&#039;acier soit chauff\u00e9 correctement avant le forgeage, mais ne forge pas en dessous de 950\u2103.25CrMo4 \/ 1.7218 L&#039;acier doit \u00eatre refroidi aussi lentement que possible apr\u00e8s forg\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"4130_Steel_Normalizing\"><strong><b>Acier 25CrMo4 \/ 1.7218 <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>NORMALISER<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La normalisation est utilis\u00e9e pour affiner la structure des pi\u00e8ces forg\u00e9es qui pourraient avoir refroidi de mani\u00e8re non uniforme apr\u00e8s forgeage, et consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un traitement de conditionnement avant le traitement thermique final. La temp\u00e9rature de recuit doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e entre 800 \u2103-850 , maintenez un temps appropri\u00e9 pour que l&#039;acier soit chauff\u00e9 uniform\u00e9ment. Refroidir lentement dans le four.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"4130_Steel_Hardening\"><strong><b>Acier 25CrMo4 \/ 1.7218 DURCISSEMENT<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ce traitement thermique obtiendra une structure de martensite apr\u00e8s trempe, il augmentera la duret\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance de la surface. L&#039;acier 25CrMo4 \/ 1.7218 doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 entre 870\u2103-890\u2103, maintenez le temps appropri\u00e9 pour que l&#039;acier soit compl\u00e8tement chauff\u00e9, puis trempez dans l&#039;huile, ou de l&#039;eau. La trempe doit \u00eatre suivie imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la trempe.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"4130_Steel_Tempering\"><strong><b>TREMPE Acier 25CrMo4 \/ 1.7218<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Trempe<strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour soulager les contraintes du processus de durcissement et optimisera la duret\u00e9 et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques. La temp\u00e9rature de revenu r\u00e9elle sera choisie pour r\u00e9pondre aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s requises. Chauffez soigneusement l&#039;acier 25CrMo4 \/ 1.7218 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature appropri\u00e9e, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comprise entre 400 -570 \u2103, laissez tremper \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature pendant 2 heures par 25 mm de section de r\u00e8gle, puis refroidissez \u00e0 l&#039;air .Plus la temp\u00e9rature de revenu est basse, plus la r\u00e9sistance est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
