L&#039;acier .1.7225 doit \u00eatre refroidi aussi lentement que possible \u00e0 l&#039;air calme ou dans le sable apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 forg\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Normaliser<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La normalisation est utilis\u00e9e pour affiner la structure des pi\u00e8ces forg\u00e9es qui auraient pu refroidir de mani\u00e8re non uniforme apr\u00e8s forg\u00e9e, et consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un traitement de conditionnement avant le traitement thermique final.La temp\u00e9rature de normalisation pour l&#039;acier 1.7225 doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e entre 870 \u2103 -900 \u2103. maintenir le temps appropri\u00e9 pour que l&#039;acier soit compl\u00e8tement chauff\u00e9 pour terminer la transformation du ferrite en aust\u00e9nite. Refroidir \u00e0 l&#039;air calme.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Recuit<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s forg\u00e9, l&#039;acier 1.7225 peut \u00eatre recuit. La temp\u00e9rature d&#039;annelage doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e entre 800 \u2103 -850 \u2103, maintenez le temps appropri\u00e9 pour que l&#039;acier soit compl\u00e8tement chauff\u00e9. Refroidir lentement dans le four.Ce traitement formera une structure adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;usinage.La duret\u00e9 maximale est de 241 HB.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Durcissement<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ce traitement thermique permettra d&#039;obtenir une structure martensite apr\u00e8s trempe.Il doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 entre 840 \u2103 -875 \u2103, maintenir le temps appropri\u00e9 pour que l&#039;acier soit compl\u00e8tement chauff\u00e9, tremper pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes par section de 25 mm et tremper dans l&#039;huile, l&#039;eau ou polym\u00e8re selon les besoins. La trempe doit \u00eatre suivie imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la trempe.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Trempe<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Trempe<strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement effectu\u00e9e pour soulager les contraintes du processus de durcissement, mais principalement pour obtenir la duret\u00e9 et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques requises. La temp\u00e9rature de revenu r\u00e9elle sera choisie pour r\u00e9pondre aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s requises.Chauffer le 1.7225 soigneusement \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature appropri\u00e9e, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 550 \u2103 -700 \u2103, faire tremper \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature pendant 2 heures par 25 mm de section de r\u00e9glage, puis refroidir \u00e0 l&#039;air. 250 \u2103 -375 \u2103 n&#039;est pas \u00e9vit\u00e9 car un revenu dans cette plage r\u00e9duira s\u00e9rieusement la valeur d&#039;impact, entra\u00eenant une fragilit\u00e9 de la trempe.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Application<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#039;acier 1.7225 trouve de nombreuses applications comme pi\u00e8ces forg\u00e9es pour les industries a\u00e9rospatiale, p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re, automobile, agricole et de la d\u00e9fense, etc.<br \/>\nLes applications typiques pour les utilisations de l&#039;acier 4140 comprennent: engrenages forg\u00e9s, broches, montages, gabarits, colliers, axes, pi\u00e8ces de convoyeurs, barres de renfort, pi\u00e8ces de diagraphie, arbres, pignons, goujons, pignons, arbres de pompe, v\u00e9rins et engrenages
