La temperatura de normalizaci\u00f3n para el acero AISI 1045 debe realizarse entre 870 \u2103 -920 \u2103. Mantenga el tiempo adecuado para que el acero se caliente completamente para completar la transformaci\u00f3n de ferrita a austenita. Remojar durante 10 a 15 minutos, luego enfriar en aire tranquilo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>1.1191 Acero <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Recocido<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El recocido se considera un tratamiento adecuado para el mecanizado. El AISI 1045 debe llevarse a una temperatura nominal de 800 \u2103 -850 \u2103, mantener el tiempo adecuado para que el acero se caliente completamente y luego enfriar el horno.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>1.1191 Acero <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Endurecimiento<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>AISI 1045 se puede endurecer para aumentar la dureza y la resistencia de la superficie. Por lo general, se calienta a una temperatura de 820 \u00b0 C.<sup>o<\/sup>C - 860<sup>o<\/sup>C, mantenga el tiempo adecuado para que el acero se caliente uniformemente, d\u00e9jelo en remojo durante 10-15 minutos por cada 25 mm de secci\u00f3n y enfr\u00ede en agua o aceite. El templado debe seguirse inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del templado.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>1.1191 Acero <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Templado<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El revenido se llevar\u00e1 a cabo para optimizar la propiedad despu\u00e9s del templado.
