WALDUN puede suministrar barras redondas, barras cuadradas, barras planas, placas, l\u00e1minas y alambres. <\/strong>El acero T4 es uno de los aceros para herramientas de alta velocidad tipo tungsteno de acuerdo con la norma ASTM \/ A600. En comparaci\u00f3n con el acero T1, la composici\u00f3n es muy similar, pero el acero T4 tiene cobalto 5% adicional que mejora la dureza a alta temperatura y la dureza roja. T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Precalentar el AISI T4 en dos pasos: primero, calentar lenta y uniformemente a 860-900 \u00b0 C con una velocidad que no exceda los 220 \u00b0 C por hora, segundo, calentar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente a la temperatura de forjado de 1050-1150 \u00b0 C. el calentamiento es necesario cuando la temperatura es inferior a 900 \u00b0 C. Enfriamiento lento en horno despu\u00e9s de la forja.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Recocido de acero T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El recocido debe realizarse despu\u00e9s del trabajo en caliente y antes de volver a endurecer. Calentar la temperatura de 820 a 850 \u00b0 C con una velocidad no superior a 220 \u00b0 C por hora. Enfriamiento lento controlado en horno de 10 a 20 \u00b0 C por hora a aproximadamente 550 \u00b0 C. C, seguido de enfriamiento en aire en calma. Dureza despu\u00e9s del recocido 265 Brinell, m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Alivio de tensi\u00f3n de acero T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se recomienda aliviar la tensi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del mecanizado y antes del endurecimiento para minimizar la posibilidad de deformaci\u00f3n. Calentar en atm\u00f3sfera neutra a una temperatura de 600 a 650 \u00b0 C, y remojar durante aproximadamente dos horas, seguido de enfriamiento lento en el horno.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Endurecimiento de acero T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Precaliente el acero AISI T4 lentamente a la temperatura de 820-870 \u00b0 C, luego caliente T4 uniformemente a la temperatura de 1260-1290<sup>o<\/sup>C, seguido de enfriamiento con aceite, aire o ba\u00f1o caliente a 550<sup>o<\/sup>C.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Templado de acero T4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El revenido debe realizarse inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del temple. Calentar lenta y uniformemente a la temperatura de revenido 560-580<sup>o<\/sup>C, remojar bien no menos de 2 horas (una hora por cada 25 mm de espesor total).
